Welcome to Xpress Shine Detailing. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Xpress Shine Detailing is a mobile auto detailing service operating in Metro Atlanta, Georgia. We provide professional interior and exterior detailing services to both individual and business clients.

We offer mobile services throughout the Metro Atlanta area. Service availability is subject to location and accessibility.

• All services require an appointment.
   
• Customers must provide vehicle keys, and access to water and power during the time of service.
   
• Failure to provide necessary access may result in cancellation or rescheduling of the service.
   

We accept the following forms of payment:

• Cash
   
• Zelle
   
• Credit/Debit Cards
   

Payment is due in full upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• We allow rescheduling of appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.
   
• Refunds are only issued in the event that a service is paid for but not rendered due to our cancellation or other qualifying reasons at our discretion.
   
• No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., pre-existing vehicle damage).
   

By booking a service, the customer agrees to:

• Provide clear access to the vehicle.
   
• Ensure the vehicle is in a safe and accessible location.
   
• Disclose any pre-existing damage or issues prior to service.
   

Xpress Shine Detailing reserves the right to decline service if a vehicle is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for detailing.

• Xpress Shine Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage to any vehicle.
   
• We take care in every job; we are responsible for mechanical issues or damage resulting from the normal detailing process (e.g., broken trim, worn paint, brittle upholstery).
   
• By booking a service, you acknowledge this limitation of liability.
   

We may collect customer information such as names, phone numbers, addresses, and emails for the purpose of:

• Booking and completing services
   
• Sending appointment confirmations and service updates
   
• Occasional marketing or promotions (only with customer consent)
   

We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Xpress Shine Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
